Meredith Escue

Founder and CEO

After graduating college and honorably serving in the Air Force, Meredith started his career at Celotex in their building materials department. After a few years in sales at Celotex promoting roofing and insulation for the commercial markets he was given the opportunity to start his own sales agency and add other manufacturer’s products. In 1983 he founded MW Escue Company with the emphasis on Division 3, 4 & 7 construction products. His goal was to represent the best manufacturer’s products and to create value by educating the specifiers, distributors and contractors on the product lines and working closer with each other to ensure successful projects. The passion he has for the industry is still the driving force of the company. Under his direction, the company has entered into its 40th year of providing the best construction products and still follows his values and principles.

Lance Escue

President

After graduating college, Lance joined Meredith as a field representative traveling all over the Southeast servicing architects, distributors and contractors. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Lance has developed the same passion for customer service and quality outcomes as his father. He understands the importance of engagement with the design and build team at all levels and is committed to precise specification of materials, adequate supply at distributors and expert training for contractors. Lance’s years of experience, commitment to customer service and expert product knowledge makes him a valuable partner at all levels of any project from planning to completion. As president, Lance tirelessly seeks to ensure each stakeholder is confident in the use and installation of their product lines and is satisfied when partnering with MW Escue Company on their projects.

Griffin Ford

Southeast Account Manager

After graduating college, Griffin started his career in sales and later joined MW Escue Company to cover the Southeast. He looks to provide continuous support to distributors, contractors and project managers with bidding, detailing and installation of all the product lines. His energy, honesty and enthusiasm to assist in the field with the contractor crews makes him a valuable partner to the distributors and contractors he services.
